After-Hours Urgent Foot Care

Support at Home (SAH) Program 

We provide podiatry services for seniors under the new 'Support at Home' program. Our goal is to help you maintain independence and safety within your own home through professional foot care.

  • Direct invoicing to your Provider/Plan Manager.

  • Transition support from HCP/CHSP to the new system.

  • Regular neuro-vascular assessments to prevent falls and complications.

  • Requires Case Manager/Provider's service agreement. Please discuss with your case manager/provider first."

Podiatry On Call provides professional clinical foot care for non-life-threatening conditions.

We are not an emergency medical service.

When to call 000 or
go to an Emergency Room:

  • Severe or uncontrolled bleeding

  • Signs of severe infection (fever + red streaks)

  • Chest pain or difficulty breathing

​

  • Sudden severe allergic reactions

​

  • Loss of consciousness or severe trauma

​

  • Any life-threatening medical situation
